We reserve the right to refuse returns where the product is not in its original packaging or condition.

Returns period

UK returns must be received by the Kingdom of Sweets within 28 days of receiving your order, and we must be notified of your decision to return the product(s) within the first 14 days.

Returns procedure

To return your goods, please email us at info@kingdomofsweets.com to advise us and to receive a return reference number.

Any refund that you are entitled to will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

Likewise, should you be requesting an exchange for goods of a higher value to your original order, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order?

Return of faulty goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty; please email us at info@kingdomofsweets.com describing the problem so that we may seek a suitable resolution.

Please quote your order number on all correspondence with us.

Returning gifts

If you’ve received a product as a gift from someone else, you can still return it as per the above guidelines. Any refund will be made to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card – and will not be made to the gift recipient

Cancellation

You may cancel any order made on this website by notifying us in writing to: info@kingdomofsweets.com.  If you notify us of your request to cancel your order before your

goods are dispatched, the order will be cancelled and payment refunded to your card immediately.

If your cancellation request is received after the order is dispatched please return the order to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will receive an email authorising the return and a full refund will be made to the payment card provided the goods arrive in their original condition. An email will be sent to you once the product has been received and when the refund has been processed.

All returns postage will need to be paid for by the customer.
