Welcome to the place of dreams, welcome to the Kingdom of Sweets! The place where life is all about being a kid in a candy store. Established in April 2007 we have grown into one of the largest confectionery retailers in the UK, specialising in retailing confectionery from all over the world. We offer a never-ending variety of memory lane pleasers,children’s favourites and inspirational gift ideas. We stock products loved by all generations, and our shops are open till late every day. We are the masters of repeat business, and other shops love to be nearby.
Family is at the heart of the Kingdom of Sweets story
A journey that has delighted kids and adults, alike since the first candy kiosks were unveiled in 2007.
A desire to create a dazzling one-stop confectionery experience for all the family encouraged expansion into larger stores, culminating in the flagship store on London’s Leicester Square, the biggest collection of sweets in the country.
Inside the Kingdom
The Kingdom of Sweets now has a nationwide chain of stores and has successfully become the premier concession stand provider for the country’s leading sports and events arenas including Wembley, the Oval and Arena Birmingham. We are now building on this success by looking for further store opportunities across the capital and throughout the UK’s busiest retail destinations.
2007
In 2007 it all started with a Pick and Mix stand inside a UK shopping centre, this business then grew to managing over 50 sweets stands in shopping centres and travel hubs in Central London railway stations.
2011
In 2011 the decision was taken to change directions and to develop a high street concept and this is when the first shop in Oxford Street opened and we have had a store in Oxford Street ever since.
2015
In 2015 we attended our first events at Wembley Stadium with 10 Pick and Mix stands for the series of Ed Sheeran Concerts.
2018
This business grew significantly since then and for the most recent concerts in 2018 by the same artist we were managing over 50 stands selling sweets, popcorn, slush, ice cream as well as team members hawking our products. The next steps are our expansion plans into other significant UK cities as well as across Europe.
